My boyfriend says "it sounds like a lot of RAT action to him" He says "it ain't easy being cheezie".
Personally, yes I would call the police no matter who the victim was. I would call if I saw an animal getting killed intentionally, I would definitely call for a person, like or dislike.

Absolutely. Even if you absolutely loath the person, you have to realize that someone is murdering them and you or anyone else could be next. So even without considering who is being killed you have a public safety issue to deal with - No one should murder anyone - even states.

Yeah, I'd at least do that....
Even though I don't like the person..... I still think that I would even go as far as stepping to to try and save their life.
How could anyone stand there and watch someone get killed... like them or not?!
