AN enchanted cottage
The roof would leek, and I would put a tin pan under it and listen to the clinking every time is rains.
It would be hidden away in a forest, with a little stone pathway that led around in a little cottage garden and up to my cottage. It would have vines growing up trellis which surrounded a stone bench.....oh I would also be newly wed and pregnant.....it would be so quaint..

It is really called curds and whey. It is only after the curds are fully drained in a slightly sour form of pasteurized milk then it is cottage cheese. If drained longer it is pot cheese and if drier and crumblier it is farmer's cheese
