Black and white can be pretty boring so I'd say to choose a really fun patterned tie. But the dominant color of the tie should be a dark blue, that way the cap and gown will make it pop!

Blue goes good with navy or a classic crisp white would look nice.

it depends on the color of your cap and gown. you should wear white under light colors but can get way with other colors under dark ones.
didn't your school give you guidelines for what clothes to wear, how to wear your hair (for the girls ;), etc, for your graduation?

Almost every single color matches khaki other than another khaki and yellow. red, black, purple, blue, green, brown,... maybe wear your school colors. or your fav color. just dont mix black and borwn together (ex: black shirt, brown belt,... )
