Don't won't to seem mean or nothing ,but I think its funny she has to do 45 days in jail. It will teach her not to drink and drive. teach her life isn't perfect,.

She's going to file for appeal on Monday, and since it's a misdemeanor she'll get out on bail, then it will go before an appellate court to decide if she has to do the 45 day sentence in prison or under house arrest.
This isn't about Pairs Hilton, it's about sending a message to all the snotty celebrities who think that they're above the law, and that message is that they ARE NOT above the law, but even I myself must admit that the imprisonment of Paris Hilton can send this message better than anything else.

If she does get out early, every state in the Union should send all of their Drunk Drivers to California for Six months to a year to live. I still say Drunk drivers don't go to jail in Califorinia and the Rich get even more prefferential treatment. Not only was she driving drunk she did not have a license. It was suspended! Just think if that were you or me.

No! She should be treated like anyone else. She should rot in jail like the rest. Her fame money shouldn't save her. How I hate famous people. I'm so sick of them.

yeah. But it did say on Yahoo News when I signed on, that she has decided not to appeal. She'll get out early, tho.

In all honesty, I could care less about her being in or out of gaol. For that matter, I could care less about any celebrity, since their personal lives have no impact on me whatsoever.
