a good place to start would be at www.homedepot.com -- they offer very competitive pricing online even compared to their stores that you walk into. And if the item happens to be on sale at the time but is out of stock the online site offers deals on shipping. Try it -- I did and my husband & I saved alot of cash that way.

This is something new to me and I've been around the block a few times. It must be something that's custom made by someone for a special circumstance.
You can go to Home Depot but, it's my guess they're going to tell you the same thing. Give it a try.
In the meantime if it is home made, you could either have one made or, make one yourself. I've made everything from birdbaths to huge rocks and cobbles for sidewalks.

that must be a very old commode, i never seen one like that. most commode's are one and the water tank is separate.

I don't think you'll find another one like that.
You may need to purchase a new one.

Or.

You can find out who the manufacture is and go on-line to see if that model is still being used.

good luck...
