Does Carfax tell you if you have recalls, field service action numbers, etc.?

Question

For example, if people are saying you should ask your Ford dealer to check your VIN to see if it qualifies for a free fuel pump replacement or whatever, can you use Carfax or equivalent to find out the same information? Or can you only get that information via a dealer?

Carfax does not have info on TSB's or recalls--it only gives owner history of a vehicle or insurance claim data.
Check with a dealer for recalls and Alldata.com or Eautorepair.net for TSB's
