I have a pc and it has a wireless card, with an antenna. So how can i plug my xbox to my pc, (not laptop). My internet speed on my modem is 128 kbp. Very slow. And my neighbors is 1. mb very fast. That's the internet I use. Please help.

You can do this by connecting a ethernet cable from the xbox to your desktop and turning on ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) on the computer.
It would be easier for you if you just purchased a wireless gaming bridge and install it on your xbox.

A wireless bridge or a wireless gaming adapter for your xbox will let you connect direct to the wireless router directly.
