97-99% of the sun's high frequency ultraviolet which is almost all of it till polution started diminishing the Ozone layer

there is no exact answer. it depends on where you live and what part of the ozone layer you are under. the ozone layer, to keep it simple, absorbs ultraviolet rays. it absorbs most of what the sun produces that reach the earth.

Way too much. Thus the reason we need to pollute more in order to destroy the entire ozone layer.
