To my knowledge, you don't need anything but your regular driver's license.

Depending on where you are in the world however (philippines, america, europe) you could need to pay extra for car insurance based on individual motor laws.

You just have to get the car approved for import and licensing to use on the US Highways.

That can mean some extremely high costs... Meeting EPA and crash safety standards.

You have to get a British license, not really our mailmen use them all the time with no special license.
