My husband, JJ, who was killed by a drunk driver.

The person I miss the most is my cousin who drowned when he was 14 and I was 12. It was on July 15, 1989 and I was the one to answer the phone and my granddad was on the other end telling me that my best friend (the brother that I didn't have) was gone. He was the one that we were gonna grow old together and sit on each others front porch and laugh about old times and just enjoy life. He was the best person and sweetest guys that you would ever like to meet. What hurts is that I can't remember what he sounded like when he would talk but I still remember the good times that we shared the short time that we did have together.

Right now, no one. But, my husband is in the Army and has been to Iraq twice. I missed him more then I could even begin to describe.......I feel like it's totally unnatural for a husband and wife to be apart for a year at a time. And what really stinks is he is leaving for Afghanistan in August. Ask me this question in again in September =0(

My mother. In our family, she was the sun and we were all the little planets that orbited around her. She was beautiful and generous and she died too young from a horrible sickness. Part of me died with her. It was a privilege to be her daughter and I hope that I make her proud and honor her everyday.
