I agree with the Mary Kay. It does not leave oil in your eyes like some of the other brands. I am currently also using Dior, it is great too. A little pricier, but can be purchased at major dept. stores. Mary Kay should have a web sight to purchase from if you can't find a rep in your area.

The ONLY one I'll use is Mary Kay Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover...seriously it's wonderful. Doesn't sting the eyes & it takes everything off in just a few swipes...I use it every night and a bottle lasts me 3+ months!

If you're in a bind and going for cheap, Vaseline or baby oil work well as make-up removers.

My favorite actual make-up removers are from Victoria's Secret and Mary Kay. Hit the mall or shop online : )

I love Almay oil free eye makeup remover liquid. It can be used on contact lense wearers and is great for sensitive eyes. I love it because my eyes don't burn afterwards and it keeps me from feeling oily. It costs about $7 and you can get it at Walgreens.
Hope I helped!

Its a product I bought at Sephora called "Face" it removes eye makeup completely. Like there are literally NO traces left of the makeup. No foundation, no mascara, nothing. Its fantastic.

Neutrogena oil free eyemake remover is the best one I found. It's very gentle and takes waterproof mascara right off. I buy it at CVS and it costs about $8.00.

I use baby shampoo. It's gentle & doesn't burn your eyes. I started using it when I got an eye infection & my eye doctor told me to cleanse my eyes twice a day with baby shampoo. Well if it works for eye infections it'll clean your make-up off. It's very cheap too.
