54 hours.

The first 18-24 hours weren't bad. After that I got really tired. Then after that, you just got used to it and you basically get a second round of energy.

You will make lots of mistakes, you will think you are going crazy or paranoid, but it's really not that bad.

I had to do it for work.

69 hours 32 mins. It was my first year of uni and a few friends and i stayed up almost 70 hours straight drinking way too much coffee and taking caffine tablets trying to get our work finished because we partied too hard. I'm happy to report we all passed. It's amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it and it's true if you want something bad enough and try hard enough, all it takes is hope, sheer determination, motivation, a little support and you shall achieve it.

Also was found to have an over active adrenal gland. Even now, in my forties, I only sleep on average 4 hours every night. LOL...is why I do this answers thing.:D

53 hours. I was on a fire watch in the navy during a retrofit in the shipyard.
The last few hours I started dreaming and hallucinating while I was awake.
Other symptoms I experienced were lack of coordination, involuntary muscle spasms, and depression.
