i had sex and i dont know if i had an orgasm. it doesnt feel like tingling or a rush feeling. it feels like something is contracting and it only lasts about 5 to 7 seconds. what else could it be? is it an orgasm? i always get them whenever i do it. i dont think they feel that good. but its still good. what do you think it could be? im a female.

the muscles will contract but,it's usually more intense than what you're describing. it may have been an orgasm,just not a strong one. try helping yourself to see if it's the same or more intense.

It sounds like you were climaxing and that you were on your way to having one. remember 0rgasm is not a destination but a journey!
And if they dont feel as good as you thought it would try different positons with your partner and spice things up that way you and he will both be in the mood and yous will feel alot more connected that way.
