I have a bit of trouble with my computer. The screen is enlarged and magnified. I have to use the mouse button to scroll around the screen. The properties are fine and so is the monitor. Can anyone help me fix this?

The problem is that, your monitor doesn't support the resolution that you have chosen for your screen, so just right cllick on the desktop and choose properties, then in settings lower the resolution to the max that your monitor supports.

Right click on desktop, choose properties. Click on settings. At lower left is the adjustment for screen resolution. Adjust it towards the right (more). That should do it.

Do you have a apple computer? you might have zoomed in by using the shortcut where you press and hold the apple key and the alt key and then press the plus key to zoom in and the minus key to zoom out. Remember this only owrk on a APPLE computer>

if what Karz says does not work, then goto view/page -> text size -> and chose medium. That should reduce the font.
