Try using the phone and call the phone directory. I used to work there and everyday there are countless of people looking for relatives and friends. Just say the family name is Yung and they live in Highland Ca., there might come out more than one or several with the yung family name. So ask the telephone operator that you'd want to get all this number to try them all out. So before calling prepare paper and pencils (in case it breaks) and jot all the numbers. Or ... you could use your computer and go to the yellow pages. Type the Yung under family name and highland for the City and under state type Ca. press enter. Good luck ! I pray you'd find him soon.
