seriously cause when I'm on MySpace, I see a lot of pop-up ads, people leaving me comments about the profile-tracker, which shows you who has been looking at your profile recently, if so, where can I download & get?, cause I've tried to download it before & it's turned out to be spam, like it says I downloaded it, but it ended up making me signing up for something that I had no clue about

If been a little curious too, but when I hover my mouse over the link it says something like "http://www.hotringtones4eva.com" or "mattstrackeronline.com" crap like that.
Go to Tom's page and read up on Trackers because he says Trackers are usually Hackers.

You shouldn't download anything like that, it's all a bunch of scams. Free offers like laptops, ipods, cars, whatever, none of it's real. There's never going to be a profile tracker that will actually work until Tom posts a blog (which will show up on your homepage as an annoucement, so you don't have to worry about it) saying that there is some kind of new feature that let's you know exactly who is looking at your profile. There are kind of features that do that, like maps and things, but it won't tell you who the person is unless actually enters their name into your little thingymajig. Which doesn't work so affectively. Tom nor Myspace is going to make a profile tracker, so .... yeah. Everyone wants to snoop not be snooped around.

I had it for a while and it worked about half the time. It told me when someone visited my site but it didn't say their name, it said the city they were from and then it would give their computer an ID like Blue 089 so if my friend got on from work it was one ID and if she got on at home it was another ID so it was sort of confusing and hard to figure out.

"tonight there's been a lot of bulletins about changing your URL, trackers, and the site closing down. NONE OF THIS STUFF IS TRUE. we are not making a tracker because everyone wants to snoop, and no one wants to be snooped on! "
