long nails on girls? and if you get fake nails is that ok or would the like real nails.

Personally, I like long nails, but not the ridiculously long ones. I guess if they are about 1/4" or so long that would be about the length I prefer to see.
Here is where I get to sound dumb on this issue. Unless I am told, I can NOT tell the difference between real and fake nails... And a fiancee' at one time was a cosmetologist who did nails and such!

I don't like long, fake nails! And I do notice nails right, first thing. But I may not be a typical guy. I'm also not a huge fan of french manicures. Relatively short, natural, with a nice color...

I like naturally long nails. I think that fake ones are just too much!

all the guys I've dated like my real nails because they grow long really fast and i have to shape them and file them so i don't accidentally scratch anybody but why don't you ask them if it they like girls with fake nails matching the real length of their real nails underneath i know for a fact guys don't like the crow talons(curved cat claws) that hook and bend under their tips of their finger that looks totally scary and how are you suppose to do things with those? i think that's just gross and totally unnatural. see ya later

I don't think men even think of things like that, they probably like clean finger nails and don't realy care whether they are long or short, My husband thinks it's silly when women put false nails on.

I hope this helps. If you have short nails, try Broadway brand fakes...they're very subtle. And in response to other's, no offense intended, but when you're holding hands and stuff, it's nice to feel nice about how your hands look.

I think that most men prefer the real thing and not the long fake ones.
but that is only my opion and not what other women think.

Really depends on the guy's likes, dislikes, and festish. My husband doesn't care at all but when I have them done he does notice.

Super long nails are gross and slutty looking IMHO.
