how long after you purchase a home does it take for it to show up on home value sites such as zillow, yahoo...

it's new constuction so I'm the first owner... some of my neighbors are on there, but not mine yet? I closed at the end of feb. 2007.

Go to your state web site. The assessors page will ahve you home value listed there.

It may never show up. Those sites are notoriously inaccurate.
