we will be camping in NJ and want to go to NYC one day but we don't want to drive ourselves and we don't want a tour bus.Please help

hey, depending on where you are camping - check out the train schedule on www.njtransit.com - select the station in NJ and the Penn Station NY as your desitination.

Also there are path trains available from Newark, NJ and Jersey City, NJ which are cheaper than njtransit. Also there are ferries that run between Jersey City, NJ and New York. So you do have couple of options here. Just search the web for the mentioned keywords.

Well, where in New Jersey will you be camping? We have a train system called NJ Transit. You can also take Amtrak to New York City, but NJ Transit trains are much cheaper.
