You can do this, but it is not going to be plug and play. It will take turning on ICS in the laptop. I dont know what you would have to manually configure in the 360, but I know for sure you would atleast need to configure the gateway IP address.

Hi, what are you try to do?

if you just want to connect your XBOX 360 to the network you can use your switch ports on your wireless router or buy a new 5 ports switch and connect it all together like this:

(1) Modem to Wireless Router (wired)
(2) Wireless Router to PC (wired), Laptop (wireless), XBOX (wired)

But if you want to connect the XBOX via wireless, try to use wireless access point and configure it as wireless client like this:

(1) Modem to Wireless Router (wired)
(2) Wireless Router to PC (wired), Laptop (wireless), XBOX (wireless)

You can use, for example: ASUS WL-330G USB Wireless AP/Router for this case. It is small and can be use as AP or Router by adjusting the switch on it. Good luck.

Yes. The wired connection may be faster too.
