Are you a fast eater or do you leisurely chew your way through your meals?

I'm usually a slow eater not because I don't like the food but I slowly chew my way through the meal and sometimes, the company is too good that I abandon the food at times.

If I'm truly hungry and at home, I'll chow them down :)

I know some who gulp all the solid like a liquid, like a man in uniform having little time for taste. I am not one in that category.

I do not belong to the category of those who eat as if they have all the time under the sun as if the end of their life is justified by the leisurely pace at which they eat their food.

I am moderate in terms of quantity and the time taken for food.

Sometimes I eat fast and other times I eat slow.It just depends on who im with, where im at, what im eating, and how hungry i am. Most people when they are starving will eat fast, but eating fast makes over-eating very easy and when u eat slow, you get to enjoy the food that you are eating more.

I'm always so hungry by the time I eat that I inhale it. I truly huff it down. Then I feel sick. And then I have some ice cream. And then I feel sicker.
