They have little white spots all over. My other fish are fine and nothing is wrong with them. Also they have had these spots for weeks now and they keep growing. Is this normal?

I would doubt this was ich - the parasite would have a hard time attaching to feed on the host when the host has a hard exoskeleton. I wouldn't try to treat this with an ich medication, as many ich medications contain copper and copper will kill your shrimp.

How long have you had these shrimp? Ghost shrimp only live for about a year, and they begin to turn white just before they die. Sorry to say that may be what's happening to yours.

I haven't heard of ick on a shrimp, but it could happen. Try adding and ick remover and see what happens. Quarantine the other fish so it doesn't get to them.
