Use dark colors. Line your upper eyelids with a soft dark eyeliner pencil, for example black, dark brown or navy. The line should be relatively thick. Do not use liquid eyeliner because it is too heavy. You can also smudge the eyelids with dark shadow. Use eyeliner on the bottom rim to close eyes up, allow the upper and lower corners to meet as this closes the eye. Also, try not thin your eyebrows too much.

I hope this helps. Personally I think big eyes are gorgeous and you shouldn't try and make them appear smaller, most girls spend heaps of money and time trying to make their eyes appear bigger!

pink, rose, violet, lavender gray, silver, some gold, copper dark blue, light blue, turquoise charcoal, black, brown Makeup colors for blue eyes should start with a base coat of a neutral or matte color over the entire eyelid. This should start your make up application. Base colors to begin with range from beige to champagne shades. Pink shades work well if you have a dark complexion, as do many of the brighter shades. This is not necessarily so for women with lighter complexions though. Frosted and jeweled shades often have a harsh effect on lighter skin and looks heavy. Women with lighter complexions should stick to pastels. Contouring involves the crease of the eye. The crease of your eye is just below the brow bone but above the lid, where the crease is found. Use a darker or deeper contrasting shade and blend it into the base color by smudging it a bit. This creates a sultry effect that gives depth to your eyes.

Yes! Usually you hear the opposite question.
To make eyes smaller, lie the entire eye, from inner corner to outer corner, with a thin liner.
Don't make it too wide, or too dark -you'll look like a cigarette girl from the 1940s.

eyeliner--do the top and the bottom from corner to corner thus closing in on the eyes--it should make them appear a little smaller (those of you who want fuller eyes, put on liner on the top and buttom, but only from the outside corner to the middle)

you can make them appear smaller by putting thicker eyeliner and a darker shade of eyeshadow. Try that out?

I would suggest wearing eyeliner on the upper and lower eyelids! Like, it is so totally fab!

put a thicker amount of eyeliner in the middle of the eyelid and slowly trace it out...don't use too much mascara....and liquid eyeliner works well! good luck =)
