Locally, same crime does 200+ days. She got preferential treatment when she was given 45 days for a 200+ day crime.

This is all propaganda for her. Which normal human being, not an actor, is dolled-up for their mug-shot. This whole thing is a giant publicity stunt.

I keep telling my niece that Paris Hilton is an ugly old man, and with this kind of crass indifference to justice, and manipulating people to get her way.. Im not wrong.

It remains to be seen whether justice is served or not. LA sheriff Lee Baca pulled a power play to establish that the sheriff's department, not the judicial branch, controls what goes on in the jail system.
The biggest lesson Paris can learn from this is that the US justice system isn't just. Our legal system is a game played by two or more opposing sides and the defendant is merely the ball.
Hopefully she, and the other designer rehab celebs learn that they are not special and they had better stay out of the "system."

Justice will only be served when she has been banned from any and all media attention.

if she got preferential treatment, it sure is treatment she can do without, I wonder how the judge will defend himself, if it turns out they let a rapist out early, to make room for Paris, and this guy then goes out and commits some brutal rape.
