ok im in celeaon city in the casino basment, i just found the key to the elevator and defeated the team rocket Boss.
i know have the scope thingy and i dont know what to do

so can someone plz tell what i have to do know and what i have to do later on incase i get stuck agin

You have to get the tea from the old lady on the top floor of the building next to the PC. Then give it to the gaurd and he'll let you into Safron City. Next go to the Devon Corp. and go rescue Mr. Devon, and he'll give you the master ball, and you'll defeat Team Rocket for now.
