yes, I am glad she is back in jail. Just because she has a famous name does not mean she is above the law. The judge was very specific on her sentence. If she is having a nervous breakdown, she needs to be put in a padded room and only given the bare essentials, the same thing they would do for the common person. I am glad to see someone finally standing up to the rich and famous.

I'm neither happy or upset she is back in jail. There is a real problem with the justice system when the Sheriff states that the jail was overcrowded and sent home for the FULL 45 days or she spends maybe a month and a bit (with good behaviour) in the county jail.
But to clear the trees to see the forest I know of some people who do weekends in jail are sent back home because there are no beds. They also have to do the full "jail" time.
Looking at Paris objectively, she drove her car not once but twice while suspended, and once to go for a freaking hamburger. How many other times did she drive and not get caught or just how bad is her driving if she keeps coming to the attention of the police. Paris...the air head...has no respect for the law and now has no idea why she has to sleep in the same room as her toilet.
I think she has had the wake up call but frankly the public eats this information up and pays (monetarily) dearly for their entertainment.

I think people with that level of immaturity need to learn lessons. However, I do not spend my life watching other people make fools of themselves on television, so the fact that Hilton is in jail again really doesn't matter to me. I just hope this time she will learn a lesson.
Hope this helps! ;-)

Certainly! Any self-respecting ex-felon who has given a good piece of change to the penal system in this state (CA) enjoys seeing those rare moments when justice actually prevails. Trust me, I know!

The booze and partying might subside. However, there might be some bull-dykes that would object to the sex subsiding. Ha ha ha. Lickety-Split

Yes I am. If she were allowed to avoid jail time, it would say to one and all that money can buy you out of anything. If we are to live in a land of law, and not anarchy, we must be consistent.

i'm glad. it's lame though that it' not even real regular joe jail. it's like a 9x10 cell, she's 'special' so she doesn't have a jailmate. it's like martha stewart jail, it's nothing but a lame dorm room experience. she will learn nothing and will never grow up b/c she is a mooch.

in a way yes bec. she's starting to be so popular and influential that those who idolize her needs to see they should not follow in her footsteps.
she's nice to watch, her antics and clothes but i hope the younger ones are wise enough not to copy her..she's just entertainment.
