yep; each guy starts puberty at a different time and progresses through it at a different rate. In fact even the order of the changes can vary thus one guy's penis may increase size first then pubic hair follows while th enext guy might be a bit hairy befor ehis penis grows. Basically puberty is just a pretty screwed up event and confuses, embarasses and generally messes up every guy as he goes through it.

Moral of the story: relax, enjoy all the changes as they occur and know that one day it will all draw to it's normal conclusion. Just don't let anything embarass you or make you worry.

It is quite normal. Puberty can start as late as 17/18 in men (although it is more unusual). You have obviously started puberty, but men can have no facial hair until their early twenties. You are still quite short, so I would expect you to have a growth spurt within the next 12 months.

I have a friend who was 17 and a half before he started to catch up on the puberty front. 3 years later he is 6' and has a fair amount of stuble. You should not worry about it at all, and you may find that the men in your family have suffered from late onset of puberty.

Everybody goes through puberty at different rates, and body hair is not a good indicator.

Hell, I'm 50 and have very little hair on chest or underarms. I was probably 30 before I had any chest hair at all. As you get older, body hair gets heavier. My Dad had more hair on his back than I have on my chest! Apparently I inherited my body hair genes from my Mom's side of the family, there is a strong American Indian infusion on that side of the family

So don't sweat it. Just let Nature take it's course.

Yes. Everyone is different. Some get it real earlie and some late. Now if you had nothing, then it is a concern. Just give it time. Has your voice changed? when it realy gets to you..then have it checked. Or just wait for a physical and ask then.
