It would be Grand Theft Auto as she would have other recourses like running away from the perp. and phoning the police or someone else to pick her up if she didn't want to report it, at the nearest phone. She has no right to steal his car because she made a foolish judgement to go off with him to another town in the first place.

It is extremely dangerous and shows poor judgement for anyone to go off somewhere in a car with anyone a person has just met, especially if drinking was involved beforehand to a "house party" (as they could just be driven to a remote location instead); she was lucky if all that happened was attempted rape...she could have been killed.

Instead of committing grand theft auto how about your friend not being a drunken ho bag who goes home with everything with a penis.

That is just a lot of drama. Take the car and sort the rest out later. Then stay out of bars and away from rapists.

That's stealing. Unless you drove it straight to a police station or hospital, you'd be up the river without a paddle.

You might get away with it, but yes, that would still be considered Grand Theft Auto.
