it doesn't work it's physics. The ring will always go back and forth and then make a circle.

I've seen people do that before. The thought is that women and men have different energy and that makes the ring move differently. Put a ring on a string and hold it above a man's hand and it should go in circles, above a woman's hand it goes from side to side. Put it above the belly and see what it does.

it doesn't work at all, it's just for fun. "They say" that if you let the ring on a chain settle on your tummy or palm, then lift is, and it swings in circles it a girl (to represent a vagina, I suppose) or back and forth it's a boy (to represent a penis). If, for example, you lift it the first time and it goes in a cirle, then you should have a girl first. You let it settle in the hand again, and then lift it and it swings back and forth (or side to side), and that means your next child should be a boy. If you pick it up the third time and it doesn't swing, then you're done...two kids for you. But it doesn't really work, it's just something to do for fun. For example I was "suppose"d to have girl, boy, girl, girl, according to this rign theory, but I'm pregnant for the first time and it's a boy.

I had this done on me. You have the directions correct. It's easier to have someone else do it on you (as not to bias the fun. LOL). After you clearly get the first reading, Lower the ring into your hand and slowly pick it back up, just like you did the first time. Keep doing this as long as it keeps moving. After the amount of kids you are gonna have, it actually stops moving all together. You can also do it over your stomach.

if you want something to predict the sex - try the Chinese birth chart - just remember, it's the date of conception, not the date of the birth. It's very effective.
"This chart can be used to predict the sex of your unborn child. It has been said to be 99% accurate. The chart was buried in a tomb near Beijing for 700 years and now can be viewed at the Institute of Science in Beijing. To predict what sex your baby will be, locate the age the mother will be when she gives birth and the month the child was conceived."

it was accurate for 2 of our kids -freaky.
Good luck.
