2 months, by buying the cheap stuff at Goodwill, and then I was given a secondhand washer and I've been good since. Someone said it would have been easier to take stuff to the laundrymat but it's $2 for a washer, $2 for a dryer, 50 cents for soap. I could buy four pair of new (mis-sewed) underwear ($1) two pairs of slacks ($2) and three shirts (75 cents) and not have to find the laundrymat, drag in a heavy basket, and wait for a machine.

Mmm. You've got me beat. Every time I run out of underwear, I have to do the laundry. Hate turning the underwear inside out!

Woah. I really can't! It was 2.5 months and I had fourteen garbage bags full of clothes. It took me a gallon of bleach, a big container of Tide, and four days to get all that washed and folded!(LOVE MY MOTHER TO PIECES!!!)
