Limewire is legal just some of the files are illegal to download,Yes rhapsody is legal it is a pay to listen music program or they have a free version whaere you can listen to 25 free songs a month.

mimewire is not, and if you meant limwire then LimeWire is legal software, but it is illegal for you to use LimeWire to share copyrighted files without permission. And Rhapsody is legal too
