Are her DVDs original, or is she copying protected DVDs? I can't tell from your question. If her DVDs are original, and she has registered them, she should see an intellectual property attorney. She should send someone to the store to buy one of the bootlegged CDs. The attorney will start by writing a letter to the store owner demanding that the store owner quit copying her DVDs and will ask for damages in settlement. If she has not yet registered the DVDs, she'll need to do that with the Copyright Office before she can enforce her copyright. On the other hand, if she herself is copying someone else's DVDs, she ought to just quit doing it and not worry about the store owner.

Is she pirating them too? I think the FBI can help both her and her customer in one fell swoop... ;-) ~
