The weekend I got married to my husband. There was partying, drama, sex, comedy, travel, and food. Everything ya' need!!

When my husband and I knew each other for about 4 months I rented a beach house on the Pacific Ocean in the month of January. It was a stormy weekend and we watched the waves crash up against the rocks and logs which were close to our cabin. There was no t.v., no phone, and the best, it as a surprise to him. I drove him to the ocean and he had never seen it before. It was really a memorable weekend.

Obviously, we are in it. I've had good weekends in my life but they can't be more memorable than being alive.

over spring break: i was on a misson trip to Mobile, Alabama. on saturday, we were supposed to fly out of DCA at about 11 AM. the plane broke, the next flight was Monday morning. our group unamously voted to get down there ASAP. while our 3 leaders talked we sat around the terminal and played speed scrabble and talked. finally at about 3:45, we left, we rented 3 vans and drove to Raliegh. we stayed in a hotel in raliegh (mini-story: the travel agent booked the hotel in Charlotte, so one of our leaders about had a heart attack over the phone and almost broke the speaker he was yelling so loudly). then on Sunday (Palm Sunday!) we flew to Nashville and then to New Orleans. yes, New Orleans. that was serioulsy the most infulential day of my life, driving through that dead city. finally really late on Sunday night we got to Mobile.

March 21-24, 1991. Got home from Iraq (the first one). Big-*** party. Lost track of booze and sex. Hated work that Monday.

i went camping with a bunch of friends at the lake and we ran into a bunch of people trowing a kegger and ended up skinny dipping with about 50 people drunk as dogs...it was really fun
