Start with toasted white bread... add mayo liberally... fresh lettuce and tomato and of course a fine Swiss cheese... Smoked honey ham and Smoked turkey with extra crisp bacon.... now cut that baby on an angle and place it on a plate with a dill spear and some chips !!! Chase it down with an ice cold draft beer of your choosing !!!
