Regardless of natural or synthetic oil, the most important part will be to use the right weight for your engine and change it right at recommended mileage.

Regular oil: cheaper cost for more frequent oil changes, slightly lower properties than synthetic.

Synthetic oil: more expensive but long intervals between changes.

Any of the main brands of either type are ok. I use compressed dinos, but many friends swear by synth. 3 Fords (Bronco II, Ranger, Explorer) with an average of 175K and multiple bikes with wet clutches that get regular oil.

go synthetic. I use Mobil 1 SUPERSYN in my Chrysler 300M and i change it every 10,000 to 15,000 miles. oil changes for me are truly a once a year event anymore.

My motorcycle gets Castrol GTX 20w50. everything else is a waste of money for the bike. I would use Mobil1 SuperSyn in my motorcycle also, but unlike my Chrysler, the motorcycle has a wet clutch that would crumble if it were bathed in it.
