There's this special place in the back of my mind. It is filled with all the warm and wonderful places I've been. From my first memories as a child to present day. No matter where I am or what I am doing, I can always go there. It is peaceful and relaxing.

I take a walk on our property and clear my mind and sometimes cry. But usually feel better when I get back or have figured out what I am going to do about the situation that made me what to run away to begin with.

I go into my mind garden.
I began this when I was in care. I now have enclosures for many types of flora and fauna, night and day flowering blooms and among the parrots is a grey bird with a prodigious capacity for really bad language. I think it is my "dark side".
