Being a tease can be sexually stimulating if done playfully and at the right time.
I am into Tantra myself, which is somewhat of a "tease" for all involved...but the eventual release is beyond satisfying, so that prolonged sexual urgency is stimulating and sensual.
...and it's fun to play and touch at inopportune moments, it builds up the passion for the moment when you both can taste each other's koolaid. LOL
