The only way I would take children away from my spouse is if there was abuse of any kind. Other wise I think that taking the kids away in pure spite is mean. They have a right to see their dad/mom. There is was to not have to see your spouse by having them pick up and drop off at a realitives or ask the courts.

If you are having a hard time mothering and feel you need some time to yourself, why don't you ask for help. It sounds like you need some time alone.

that would depend on what you did and if you deserve it or not you don't tell much about your question for anyone to know how to answer it--if you aren't a fit parent i would say you don't need kids--think about it--I'm sure you know what the right choice is! good luck!
