Yes...several times....I've been so worried that I couldn't sleep, or eat, or stop thinking about them until I actually knew that they were going to be okay.

Yep, been there. My daughter used to get physically ill if I was late coming home from work. We had to make a deal that even though I would call and let whoever she was with that I was runnign late, I had to talk directly to her and let her know I was okay. She has since grown out of the physical illness, but we both still call eachother to just let eachother know we are okay.

Once. But I found out that if you do that, you're doing yourself harm as well. Try not to dwell on it; just accept the situation as it comes, and hope for the best.
