its a singer sewing machine, recently the machine wouldn't work so no need for a tune up because it's new.

First, check your bobbin case, if you have one, to make sure it is fully installed. With the plate slid open, hand-crank the handle and see what's happening. If that's not the problem, make sure it is the correct bobbin for that machine.

If you'e still having problems, check your sewing machine needle to make sure it hasn't slipped. If the screw has loosened and the needle drops slightly, it can affect the timing of the sewing cycle.

If these things don't fix it, see if you can bring it back for repair under a warranty.

Check to see that your needle is not loose or installed backwards, and that the bobbin is all the way in the case, and the case is all the way in the machine..

your bobbin or thread may not be set right. you may want to double check, just in case.

it could be out of time, or the needle mite be to long. check it out.
