This person should definitely go to a doctor for a blood test. There are lots of possibilities for the symptoms you've described, not all of them are as exciting as pregnancy.
If for some reason, this person can't see a doctor, or are concerned about others discovering your pregnancy, they should try visiting a crisis pregnancy center for help. They often have nurses on staff who might be able to triage this person's condition.

That is very personal. If the pregnancy were desired, or the woman simply loved life without regard to desire, then there might be frustration associated with disappointment or happiness. If the pregnancy were not desired, dismay and fear might abound with frustration. Again it is a personal experience.
I was very happy to learn of my wife's pregnancy. After my son was born, she found an old test which showed a positive result. Not telling me anything else, my heart stopped momentarily with fear. I truly would rejoice at news of another child, but at that time it was much too soon. One reaction of joy, another of fear. I suspect a woman would react very personally and individually.

My mother was 7 months pregnant with my brother before the tests came back positive. But that was almost 30 years ago.

Are you having your doctor perform these tests or are they the ones in the box you buy from the drug store, if the latter, go see a doc.

You must see an ob/gyn right away. You could have a hyadidiform mole which is like a kind of false pregnancy tumor like thing. I hope all is well.

She probably has a tumor with teeth and hair and it is her own twin that is now growing because of hormones. That happened to one of my friends daughter and it was disusting.
