Chad Johnson. Excellent size, hands, route runner, deep speed and at the same time physically enough to go over the middle. With Carson Palmer at 100%, nothing less than 1500 yd-12 TD is expected.
What Johnson has that Marvin Harrison doesn't, is that Marvin is slightly undersized and sometimes he struggles against bigger and stronger backs, for example when he's doubled by a corner and a safety. 1200 yd-10 TD for sure.
Moss, forget about it. He's not even a top 10 and a likely 800 yds - 5 TD season under Brady spreading the ball won't put him among the best.

I'd put my money on Marvin Harrison again. Regardless of age this guy just keeps producing, never losing a step and is physically and mentally sharp. If for some reason his production or skills begin to diminish, i'd go with Chad Johnson. He's in a very pass happy offense, has great speed, route running, soft hands and has always put up great stats. He talks the talk and walks the walk big time.
Then again any receiver could tear up the league at any given point, but from a logical and stiuational standpoint, theses are the clear cut favorites.

Look at Steve Smith of Carolina. He led the league in rec yards and rec TD's two years ago and would've done it again if he didn't have that hamstring injury that kept him out 2 games and in minimal production in one game. The only reason why the Panthers have been good in past years(exception for last year) is due to Steve Smith. He is also the top fantasy WR in the NFL fantasy teams. I know that doesn't mean much to us but that means that all the experts say he's the top guy in anyone's receiving corp.

Chad Johnson
With Palmer back at 100% from the knee injury he suffered in the playoffs, Palmer will find Johnson plenty of times next year. Fast, great hands, runs great routes. He's gonna be the next Marvin Harrison and Palmer is quickly becoming one of the elite quarterbacks.
I figure 95 rec, 1600 yrds, 17 tds.

I'm gonna go with Torry "big game" Holt... (no i'm not a rams fan) He's constantly been a good target for the Rams QB's over the years and hes consistent. He has great hands, good speed and good explosiveness off the line. He's only had one season in his whole career when he didn't get 1,000 yards receiving (his rookie year) and then for the next six seasons of his career he had more than a 1,000 yard receiving. He also has more exprience than Johnson or any of the other guys obviously, plus he has good instincts.

Marvin Harrison, yet again. The Colts will open it up even more so Manning can chase, and overtake all the NFL passing ratings.
