Try to make it easier for him/her to talk to you in person. If you are confrontational, judgmental, or flip out over everything they are not going to want to talk to you in person.

I would have to know more about the situation before I can truly comment, but just for the record I would have to say some people are shy and can speak more freely when they are not put into a position where they feel nervous or uneasy, this does not make a person a coward this makes them human! there are lots of people who feel this way and are very nice people, they might just need to get to know people better before they totally open up. Give people a chance and do not be quick to judge.

I know one personally. As soon as u know who they are, you can either talk to them in person, or you can try to be ruder than they are online... (usually that just leads to probs). Ask why they are so mean (probably because they can say anything they want on the internet and deal with no consequences, and because people are mean to them in life)... talk to them. (if they're a boy and a jerk... im not sure it'll work). Besides, just ignore them COMPLETELY. eventually (it may take 4ever) they'll get bored because they think you don't care. They're whole purpose is to annoy. Act like u don't care whatsoever... it doesn't matter what they think

OK. well i would tell em that they need to stop acting like there the S**** and act the way they act on the internet when u see them in person..And then if that didnt work then i would just stop talking to them on the interenet and in person bc there is no sense too because there a little sissy and think there all that on the computer because u cant do anything to them on there.

Don't let them bother you. Most people mysteriously grow a large set of "balls" when it comes to Internet communication, simply because of the anonymity, but in real life they find that they are not nearly as brave. So...ignore the person or confront them, speak your mind, and then ignore them.

Well I have a friend like that, and well i tend to just treat them the same either way, and tell them when they are annoying you, or something. I have plenty of shy friends who once behind a computer are loud mouths. Just treat them the same.

Ignore them. Actually I love the haters (at my video pages anyways) I always know I am fixing to get tremendous downloads whenever someone starts harping on one of my films.

It makes them feel superior when they are online talking trash. So ignoring them is the only way to let them know how truly cowardly and stupid they are.
