Sure. In Windows98, there should be a button near the top labeled "history." Click it.
In WindowsXP, from Internet Explorer, I have the Yahoo Toolbar, on the top left side there is a yellow star - hover the cursor over it - it should say "history." Click it.

be sure to enable showing hidden files in folder options..
go to my computer tools-folder options- click the view tab then enable "show hidden files"
