Its all a part of do the crime pay with time no. So she got sentenced to 45 days and? If she were in and behaved herself, she'd get out in days. The worse you act the longer you are in. If she gets out on Monday so be it. She spent a weekend in jail. It won't kill her...now imagine if she were sentenced to jail in Mexico or Africa?

nope., the judge is tough. paris is being made an example for real. she got maximum sentence which is crazy. all these people on here were talking crap when she got relleased the first time saying it was cause she was a celebrity and it's not fair. those people don't know crap. she should have been given house arrest from begining and a shorter time, for first probation violation. I would hate too have her judge he's a savage. I do believe paris is a little to wild for her own good and needs a priority change but jail sucks it will destroy her. I did 9 days once and it was the worst experience ever.

that's incredibly customary to launch inmates early for stable behaviour, whether they have not been particularly nicely-behaved. i don't particularly like Paris Hilton, yet i think that she has been a sufferer of her very own action picture star. i in my opinion have faith the Sheriff who released her after in basic terms some days whilst he says that she have been given "particular treatment" in serving a plenty longer sentence than maximum folk together with her costs could. Overcrowding is a extensive project in maximum U.S. penal establishments. Paris HIlton replaced right into a sufferer of the (nicely suited) concept that the rich, useful, and commonplace get much less complicated treatment from the justice device, something that for the time of her case labored to get her harsher treatment.

Her lawyers are going to file a motion on Monday. But according to a crawl on CNN's Headline News, Paris said that after speaking with her doctors, she's decided not to appeal and has told her attornies not to file it. That she will do her time like everyone else.

I heard that she will probably get out Monday because her attorneys will appeal and then they do that, the court will set bail for her and she will be out. I don't know why she doesn't just suck it up and do the 2 weeks she has left and then it will all be over.

I hope so there keeping her in solitary confinement, house arrest would be sufficient after these last 4 or 5 days.
