Please I really need help!
My chihuahua just had a puppie.
She isn't feeding it, I didn't notice it until yesterday night.
I started giving it normal milk, today at the morning I bought milk for puppies.
Please, I really need help.
The puppie was born 4 days ago.
I don't know how much time it had without food.
As I said, i'm giving it milk every 1-2 hours-
But it's like EXTREMELY weak.
But yesterday I saw him like really really weak, I thought he was going to die.
But it's not dieing, but it's also very very weak.
Please.. help me!

Yes, I took him with the vet, he said that the Chihuahua isn't feeding it because it has something that the vet can't detect, and the Chihuahua can.
The vet said: ''Keep doing what you're doing''
But I the puppy is extremely weak, but it's not dieing..
How much time does it takes to a puppy to get out of a dehydration?

The puppy looks like if it's dieing, but as I said.. It's not dieing!(It has been like that for more than 15 hours and I can't believe it's still alive) I think it's because his mom wasn't feeding it and is very weak... any suggestion?
Please.. I don't want it to die.

I also think the puppy was born before its time.. it's small and I wasn't expecting it til, 1-2 weeks.

Get the puppy and the momma dog to the vet!!! Have the vet check the puppy if you are worried about it dying, and have the vet check the momma dog since she is not feeding the pup. Like above posters said, the puppy needs to be stimulated to pee and poo; you have to do this manually if the mother doesn't do it; simply get a cloth, put it in warm water and gently rub the genitals until the puppy excretes waste. This should be done after every feeding. Does the mother and the pup have a heated area? I've heard that the lack of heat has a lot to do with their environment and that also helps the pup too.

Also in the future, you might want to consider spaying your Chihuahua since it seems that she has been having trouble giving birth or caring for the puppies after they are born. If you are breeding her (which you shouldn't anymore), make sure you give her enough time in between each litter so she can gain some more nutrients, and necessary vitamins back into her system before she breeds again.

Your female could be getting a bad food and therefore not producing enough milk. Normally bitches produce enough milk if they are on a good food. And she only had one pup? Healthy chihuahuas normally have at least two...super healthy ones (on raw diets or extremely natural foods) can have up to five. You HAVE to see your vet; both adult and pup need help NOW.

YO NEED TO GET TEH PUP AND MOM TO THE VETS IMMEDIATELY.
iF MOM WON'T TAKE CARE OF IT IT COULD BE THAT THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE PUP.

take it to the vet the reason she wasnt feeding it was most likely because theres a defect to it,
and the vet could -if there is something wrong with it- give you a powder milk substance with extra vitamins in it.

Just hold him in your lap with a bottle of the puppy formula. Pet it and make sure it drinks every so often. If you fear for its life call the vet, they are experts when it comes to dog hydration
