Lol for some reason everytime I talk someone says "OMG YOUR ACCENT IS SO HOT", I usually get it from guys but girls do it too. What the hell? Lol. I mean, technically, they have accents too, and it's not like I scream "your accent is so hot!" Why is it that people do that? Do you do that?
If you're curious.. my accent is odd, I guess... I'm from Portugal originally but I moved to Brasil at 11 years old.. so I guess I talk like I'm from both places? It's hard to explain :X

Well I like accents too, it's interesting. I am really fond of the Irish & Geordie accents too, and I think Spanish is nice, but I don't automatically think they're hot! Haha.

I think it is because accents deviate from the norm. We are used to the way all our friends and family sound so when someone comes in and sounds different we find it exotic.

I love certain accents, I go weak at the knees for the Irish accent, i really do. And of course i have an accent, its just much different, and i get nice comments about it to quite often, its South African in case your wondering.
Other accents i love are the geordie accent, and the welsh accent too actually. I just love accents lol

Anyway, I love men with accents, not sure why, but I do. A Scottish accent will make me melt - boom, done. (Followed closely by other accents in the U.K., Ireland and France)

Most people like accents that sound exotic. Yours probably sounds exotic to most people so they think its sexy. Everyone has different preferences as to which accents they like or dislike. I happen to like Northern European type accents.
