...have you perhaps thought about the 1984 film, "Oxford Blues", starring Rob Lowe, Ally Sheedy and Julian Sands??

...um actually don't watch that. It's the first one I thought of though but it's a Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen movie. It's not good but it's in London.
