In most jurisdictions, the only way he can get money from the company is if the company was negligent in some way that contributed to the robbery or to his injury in the robbery, such as not having adequate security in a dangerous neigborhood. But, if the customer knew of the possible danger before entering the store, the court may find that he assumed the risk, and therefore not award him any money.

Yes, for not adequately protecting him, or if robberies have happened before, you sue stating that they had a higher duty to protect or warn customers since they were aware of a string of robberies.

Sure, you can try. But you would Need to prove that they did not take normal care in preventing the robbery. Or, that some action of an employee made the situation worse perhaps.

Possibly, but only so far as they are covered by insurance. Ask a local lawyer.

You would have to establish a "Prima Facia" case by showing that His Actions were contributory to your Injury(s).
