Its leaves are really big (the other plant is a Japanese cherry to give you some indication of scale). Is a perennial, was completely dormant until a few weeks ago.

Looks like Rodgersia aesculifolia. Does it disappear for the winter then come back in spring? The name aesculifolia refers to its similarity to Horse Chestnut leaves (Aesculus hippocastanum).

Chestnut seedling is my guess.
European chestnuts are slightly curved with big serrate teeth. The underside will have a dots and maybe hairs. The bud is dark red. Leaves are canoe shaped with a moderate to narrow pointed leaf tip about 9 cm to 17cm long and 3cm to 5cm wide in the European chestnut but the American can get to 25 cm. All of the chestnuts hybridize.

1st thought by viewing was a horse chestnut leaf, is there evidence of a conker shell close by ? If yes I would get those seedlings out of there.

The red shoots would indicate Peony but not so sure about the furry.

Looks like a sweet chestnut seedling to me. It will grow to a tree about 60 feet tall if left.

Hellebore - can't tell which variety from this photo. You should get some flowers in the spring though - white, pinky-purple or any variation in between - possibly with spots!!
